Resources

We have in-house value creation experts as well as access to an experienced value creation team from the affiliated industrial holding. Profiles include generalist operating partners, interim C-level managers, and functional specialists in e.g. Carve-Outs, commercial excellence, LEAN, or data mining.

These resources are available to support the portfolio management teams. We ensure full alignment with management regarding purpose, focus and scope of potential support activities.

Experience

The core team possesses over a decade of value creation experience in large-, mid-, and small-cap private equity. Prior roles range from board governance (chairman of supervisory board) over strategic and operational execution (CEO of private equity portfolio companies) to interim support (CRO, PMO, interim roles).
